Process

Too many teens struggle with anxiety, OCD, and PTSD without knowing their treatment options.

  • Even when parents seek help, most of the time the clinician do not offer Exposure Therapy as an option.

  • Parents struggle to talk with teenagers about mental health.

  • Stigma around anxiety disorders prevent early intervention leaving teen without support during a critical development window.

  • The dominant misconception that all therapy is talk-only. The fact that Exposure Therapy is hands on and evidence based is unknown to most familles.

Anxiety, OCD, and PTSD are common amongst teenagers. Despite this, most of them do not receive the help they need.

  • ET is an investment into your own wellbeing

  • ET has proven most effective for treating anxiety disorders

  • People aren’t aware of ET because it lacks representation and it has a poor first impression

  • ET seems ethically aggressive and harsh at first, it doesn’t sugarcoat the treatment so people fear it

  • Teenagers are highly impacted by anxiety disorders, but most do not receive treatment
